Identify and understand the behavioral patterns
We often have behavioral patterns that we are not aware of, and these habits can sometimes be harmful. By identifying and understanding these patterns, we can better manage and modify them to improve our interactions and our general well-being. This allows not only to understand yourself better, but also to improve our relationships with others. For example, certain current behaviors include:
- Ignore the problems.
- Accuse others rather than taking responsibility.
- Deny difficult facts or emotions.
- Constantly justify yourself.
By becoming aware of these behaviors, we can work to change them for more positive and constructive interactions.
Course plan and learning objectives to act on behavior:
- Understand the impact of negative and positive behavior on professional and personal relationships.
- Know the principles and stages of the behavior scale.
- Reflection on personal behavior and those of others: encourage introspection and critical observation of behavior.
- Apply concepts to concrete situations to better understand behavioral dynamics.
